FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Our Functional Fitness class combines functional movements with high-intensity interval training. Each session incorporates strength training with endurance-building movements. We do this by utilizing the barbell and other prestige equipment to maximize your workouts.

ANCHOR IGNITE

Our professional trainers take clients through a 50-60 minute training session that consists of cardio and strength training exercises. These are body weight and dumbbell-focused exercises rather than barbell complex movements. Our IGNITE workouts target varied muscle groups throughout the week, giving you the best results for your time.

SHRED

Welcome to Cardio Shred, Anchor’s newest session offering. In 30 minutes you will power through movements to increase your heart rate; build your endurance, burn fat and so much more. This high-energy session will fire up your entire body and get you sweating while having fun in our community-driven atmosphere. This class is ideal for any skill level.

 

BAGS+BARBELLS

Our experienced boxing trainers take clients through a full body circuit that consists of interval, strength & plyometric (explosive movement) exercises. You will sculpt, tone, and improve strength and agility all while boosting your heart rate in a fast-paced, high-energy session!

 

BARBELL CLUB

Anchor Barbell Club is a specialty program that will focus on improving Olympic Lifts. These lifts include the clean and jerk, and the snatch; as well as power bench, squat, and deadlift. We also focus on associated accessory movements. This class will help dial in the technical execution of barbell movements helping athletes build strength, power, balance flexibility, and coordination. Impacting your overall all training results while increasing explosiveness and power.

ARK + SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

ANCHOR RUN BY KIDS (ARK) is a fitness program geared toward teaching children the fundamentals of fitness in a safe and engaging environment with a state-of-the-art skills course. Ages (4years-10 years)

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING is for our older kids that desire more focused, high-energy, and challenging movements that will positively impact them as overall athletes.

OPEN GYM

Missed a session or want to take advantage of the Anchor facility? Our facility is open for your use during Open Gym session times. Available for your use: 54 ft Torque XRack with 10 lifting stations, Barbells, TRX suspension, 1700+ lbs of free weights, cutting-edge endurance equipment: assault bikes, concept 2 Rowers, suspension cage and more. Consult our training schedule for available open gym times to make the most of your off days.
